The selling process

1 - Registration and Privacy Agreement

The company registers on the platform and signs an agreement defining the terms of confidentiality and data usage. Our platform ensures encrypted handling of sensitive data and full compliance with international privacy standards.

2 - Installation of the Independent Verification Algorithm

To ensure transparency and credibility, an independent verification algorithm is installed in the energy inverter of the asset. This algorithm monitors the asset’s production and performance in real time, providing investors with accurate, verifiable data.

3 - Ongoing Audits and Project Certification

We conduct regular audits of all listed assets to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and overall project credibility.

4 - Tokenizing the project

In order to list the project (or a percentage of it) in the market, we tokenize it by converting their value into digital tokens on a blockchain. Each token represents a fractional share of the project.

For example: A $10 million solar farm could be divided into 10 million tokens, with each token representing a $1 share of ownership.

5 - Attracting Investors

Once tokenized, the asset is listed on our marketplace, accessible to a curated network of investors — or optionally restricted to select groups, such as company employees or strategic partners, for private offerings.

6 - Receive Investment

Investments are received periodically and can be settled in fiat currency, depending on the company’s preference.

7 - Distribute Dividends

Dividends are distributed automatically based on each investor’s token holdings, ensuring a seamless and proportional payout process.
